So Jane's friend from college had a blog challenge. She asked the world to submit before/after photos of you/something you did. The winner gets a Prada bag. Well you can check them all out but what we submitted are sweet!!!

As you know from last weeks running post I have been running just a little bit. I found a great new website (And I thought I had seen them all). http://www.mapmyrun.com It's awesome! It uses Google Map and you can add your run/bike/walk route and then add mile markers, elevation changes, and it gives you options to show bathrooms/water break spots. Pretty cool tool for those of you that may want to take a run or ride your bike to work or plan a hike.
